Kathy Hochul Is Stealing from New York's Most Vulnerable

Every dollar stolen by Hochul's administrative fraud is a dollar that should have gone to caring for patients. It is absolutely disgusting that Kathy Hochul uses programs meant to help our most vulnerable neighbors to reward political insiders, from overpaying $286 million on a no-bid contract for healthcare testing to an $11 billion home care giveaway.
